final delivery is by the United States Postal Service. Packages over 1
pound are normally shipped by FedEx Ground or Home, but we may ship by our
choice or a combination of USPS, DHL, FedEx and UPS. We service Delivery
Addresses in the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, in our eBay store we
are unable to ship to the following locations:

Returns

gladly accept a return of any item purchased from Hardware and Tools
provided that:

return shipping
The item must be returned in the original packaging in new,

Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item or

return comes back after 30 days from shipment to you no credit is due
